Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GothRider® is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Christmas 2022 Deadlines.
Starting from December 8th, we won't be able to guarantee any orders to arrive prior Christmas date (December 24th). Our fulfillment time are around 5 opened business days and since we don't control carriers, it is impossible for us to predict or guarantee when you will receive your oder. If you have any concerns fee free to contact our support.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
