Shipping Policy

Temporary Suspension of U.S. Shipments

Due to ongoing trade issues between the USA and Canada, and until there is clarity on customs, duties, FDA requirements, and taxes, we are pausing all shipments to the United States. Only orders placed before September 8, 2025 will be fulfilled. Until further notice, we will only ship orders within Canada.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team jumps into action and gets it moving through our production and fulfillment pipeline. Processing times can vary depending on demand and season. You will receive a notification as soon as your package ships.

Dynamic Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary daily due to carrier pricing updates. The price shown at checkout is the final valid rate. Any examples shown in this policy are for reference only and may not reflect current rates.

Free Shipping Threshold

Our free shipping threshold may change based on seasonal promotions or other factors. The current threshold is always displayed at checkout. Examples in this policy are for reference only and may not represent current offers.

All orders ship from Canada. The following examples illustrate typical rates, actual rates are shown at checkout.

Import Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped within Canada do not incur import duties. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your province. For U.S. orders placed before September 8, 2025 that are still being fulfilled, duties or taxes may be charged by the carrier on delivery.

Christmas 2025 Deadlines

Orders placed on or after December 10, 2025 cannot be guaranteed for delivery before December 24, 2025. Our fulfillment time is approximately 5 business days, and carrier delays are outside our control. If timely delivery is critical, please place your order before December 9, 2025 or contact support for guidance.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received your order within 20 days of shipping confirmation, contact us at support@gothrider.com with your name and order number.
