Official rules — The Badass Wake-Up Giveaway (GW-0006)

1. Eligibility
The contest (the "Contest") is open only to legal residents of Canada who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees of 14746490 Canada Inc (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers, and the members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and municipal laws and regulations.
2. Acceptance of the rules
By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. The decisions of the Sponsor on all matters relating to the Contest are final and binding.
3. Contest period
Entries will be accepted online from October 17, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) until November 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Contest Period").
4. How to enter
To enter, complete the online entry form on the Contest page, agree to these Official Rules and submit it. No purchase is required.
Limit of 1 entry per person and per email address. Any attempt to exceed this limit, including by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices, or any automated means, will result in disqualification.
- Referrals: after entering, each entrant receives a personal referral link. For each new eligible entrant who enters through that link, the referring entrant receives 1 additional chance.
- Purchases: each order placed with the Sponsor after the entrant has entered and during the Contest Period using the email address used to enter awards 1 additional chance. No-purchase alternative: an entrant may obtain the same number of additional chances without a purchase by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Additional entries — GW-0006", their name and their entry email address (one request per entrant per day).
5. Prizes
- 1 × a prize package of: A Ninja DualBrew Pro Hot & Iced coffee maker, with a K-Cup pod adapter; Three 2 lb bags of coffee: Gasoline, Grease, and Blondie; A 20 oz stainless steel Skinny Tumbler; A 15 oz ceramic mug — approximate retail value of CA$409.95 each
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is CA$409.95. Prizes are not allocated by region.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted. Any applicable taxes are the winner's responsibility.
6. Odds of winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period and on the number of additional chances earned by each entrant.
7. Selection and notification of winners
The winner(s) will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries within ten (10) days after the end of the Contest Period, under the supervision of the Sponsor. Before being declared a winner, a selected entrant residing in Canada must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question, asked when claiming the prize, within a time limit of two (2) minutes.
Selected entrants will be notified by email within five (5) days of the draw and must claim their prize within 14 days of notification by following the instructions provided.
Before the prize is awarded, the selected entrant must provide their date of birth to confirm they met the minimum age at the time of entry.
If a selected entrant cannot be reached, is ineligible, does not correctly answer the skill-testing question or does not claim the prize within that time, the prize will be forfeited and another entrant may be selected by random draw.
8. Rights granted
Where permitted by law, by accepting a prize the winner authorizes the Sponsor and its representatives to use their name, city of residence, image and statements about the Contest for publicity purposes, in any media, without further compensation.
9. General conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention or any other cause beyond its control compromises its integrity. Any attempt to manipulate the Contest or to use automated means (bots, scripts, etc.) will result in disqualification.
Entering the Contest does not require consenting to receive marketing messages. Marketing emails are sent only to entrants who tick the separate, optional consent box, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, representatives and employees are not responsible for any injury, loss, claim or damage arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest or the use of a prize, including technical failures.
11. Governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Subject to any right an entrant may have under applicable consumer protection law to bring proceedings where they reside, any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Longueuil, Québec.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected is used to administer the Contest and is governed by the Sponsor's privacy policy: https://www.gothrider.ca/policies/privacy-policy.
13. Winners list
To obtain the list of winners, send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Winners list — GW-0006" within 60 days after the end of the Contest Period.

The management and organization of the Contest are the sole responsibility of 14746490 Canada Inc. 9964878 Canada Inc. acts only as licensor of the GothRider® trademark and assumes no responsibility toward entrants, the prizes or the conduct of the Contest.

1. Admissibilité
Le concours (le « Concours ») est ouvert uniquement aux résidents légaux du Canada âgés d’au moins 18 ans au moment de leur inscription. Le Concours est nul là où la loi l’interdit. Les employés de 14746490 Canada Inc (le « Commanditaire »), de ses sociétés affiliées et filiales, de ses agences de publicité et de promotion et de ses fournisseurs, ainsi que les membres de leur famille immédiate et les personnes résidant à la même adresse, ne sont pas admissibles. Le Concours est soumis à toutes les lois et à tous les règlements fédéraux, provinciaux, étatiques et municipaux applicables.
2. Acceptation du règlement
En participant, vous acceptez d’être lié par le présent règlement officiel et vous déclarez remplir les conditions d’admissibilité. Les décisions du Commanditaire relatives à tout aspect du Concours sont finales et sans appel.
3. Période du concours
Les participations seront acceptées en ligne du 17 octobre 2026 à 00 h 00 (heure de l’Est, HE) jusqu’au 18 novembre 2026 à 23 h 59 (HE) (la « Période du concours »).
4. Mode de participation
Pour participer, remplissez le formulaire de participation en ligne sur la page du concours, acceptez le présent règlement et soumettez-le. Aucun achat n’est requis.
Limite de 1 participation par personne et par adresse courriel. Toute tentative de dépasser cette limite, notamment en utilisant plusieurs adresses courriel, identités ou appareils, ou tout moyen automatisé, entraînera la disqualification.
- Parrainage : après son inscription, chaque participant reçoit un lien de parrainage personnel. Pour chaque nouveau participant admissible qui s’inscrit au moyen de ce lien, le participant parrain reçoit 1 chance supplémentaire.
- Achats : chaque commande passée auprès du Commanditaire après l’inscription du participant et pendant la Période du concours avec l’adresse courriel utilisée pour participer donne droit à 1 chance supplémentaire. Solution sans achat : un participant peut obtenir le même nombre de chances supplémentaires sans effectuer d’achat en écrivant à [email protected] avec l’objet « Participations supplémentaires — GW-0006 », son nom et son adresse courriel de participation (une demande par participant par jour).

La valeur au détail approximative totale des prix est de 409,95 $ CA. Les prix ne sont pas répartis par région.
Les prix doivent être acceptés tels qu’ils sont décernés; ils ne sont ni transférables ni échangeables contre de l’argent, sauf à la seule discrétion du Commanditaire, qui peut alors les remplacer par un prix de valeur égale ou supérieure. Les taxes applicables sont à la charge du gagnant.
6. Chances de gagner
Les chances de gagner dépendent du nombre de participations admissibles reçues pendant la Période du concours et du nombre de chances supplémentaires obtenues par chaque participant.
7. Sélection et avis aux gagnants
Le ou les gagnants seront sélectionnés par tirage au sort parmi toutes les participations admissibles, dans les dix (10) jours suivant la fin de la Période du concours, sous la supervision du Commanditaire. Avant d’être déclaré gagnant, un participant sélectionné résidant au Canada doit répondre correctement, sans aide d’aucune sorte, à une question d’habileté mathématique, posée au moment de réclamer le prix, dans un délai de deux (2) minutes.
Les participants sélectionnés seront avisés par courriel dans les cinq (5) jours suivant le tirage et devront réclamer leur prix dans les 14 jours suivant l’avis en suivant les instructions fournies.
Avant l’attribution du prix, le participant sélectionné doit fournir sa date de naissance afin de confirmer qu’il avait l’âge minimum requis au moment de son inscription.
Si un participant sélectionné ne peut être joint, est inadmissible, ne répond pas correctement à la question d’habileté mathématique ou ne réclame pas son prix dans ce délai, le prix sera annulé et un autre participant pourra être sélectionné par tirage au sort.
8. Droits accordés
Là où la loi le permet, en acceptant un prix, le gagnant autorise le Commanditaire et ses représentants à utiliser ses nom, ville de résidence, image et déclarations relatives au Concours à des fins publicitaires, dans tout média, sans autre rémunération.
9. Conditions générales
Le Commanditaire se réserve le droit, sous réserve des lois applicables, d’annuler, de modifier ou de suspendre le Concours si une fraude, une défaillance technique, une intervention non autorisée ou toute autre cause indépendante de sa volonté en compromet l’intégrité. Toute tentative de manipulation ou d’utilisation de moyens automatisés (robots, scripts, etc.) entraînera la disqualification.
La participation au Concours n’exige pas de consentir à recevoir des messages commerciaux. Les courriels promotionnels ne sont envoyés qu’aux participants qui cochent la case de consentement distincte et facultative, et ce consentement peut être retiré en tout temps au moyen du lien de désabonnement.
10. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans la mesure permise par la loi applicable, le Commanditaire, ses sociétés affiliées, agences, représentants et employés ne sont pas responsables des blessures, pertes, réclamations ou dommages découlant directement ou indirectement de la participation au Concours ou de l’utilisation d’un prix, y compris en cas de défaillance technique.
11. Lois applicables
Le présent règlement est régi par les lois de la province de Québec et les lois fédérales du Canada qui s’y appliquent. Sous réserve de tout droit qu’un participant peut avoir en vertu des lois applicables sur la protection du consommateur d’intenter une procédure dans son lieu de résidence, tout litige sera soumis aux tribunaux compétents du district judiciaire de Longueuil, au Québec.

La gestion et l’organisation du Concours relèvent exclusivement de 14746490 Canada Inc. 9964878 Canada Inc. agit uniquement à titre de concédant de licence de la marque GothRider® et n’assume aucune responsabilité envers les participants, les prix ou le déroulement du Concours.
